Everything a season needs

One place for the whole registration season

From the day registration opens to the day coaches get their rosters, without the shared spreadsheet, the envelope of checks or the email chain.

Families register once

Parents keep one household with every child, address, emergency contact and doctor. Next season they sign in, pick a program and are done in two minutes.

Waivers that chase themselves

Attach consent, medical and concussion forms to any program. Every signature is recorded with who signed and when, and you can see who still owes one.

Card, cash or check

Cards go straight into your community organization's own Stripe account. Cash, check and Venmo are recorded by your treasurer and count exactly the same.

Teams from real registrations

Build balanced teams from who actually signed up, assign jersey numbers and sizes, and hand coaches a roster that prints or opens in Excel.

A website your board can edit

Your colours, logo and pages, edited in the browser like a document. Schedule a change for Friday, roll it back on Saturday, use your own domain.

A store for uniforms and spirit wear

Sell jerseys, hoodies and extras in the same checkout as registration, with sizes, stock, names on the back and a pick list for your supplier.

Every feature, in detail

How it works

A season in four steps

  1. Set up your programs

Seasons, sports and divisions by school grade, with early and late prices and sibling discounts.

  2. Families sign up

Parents add their children, choose programs, sign the waivers and check out in one cart, on a phone if they like.

  3. The money comes in

Card payments land in your bank through Stripe. Cash and checks are marked paid by your treasurer. Everyone sees who still owes.

  4. Teams go out

Form teams, set jersey numbers and sizes, and send every coach a printable roster with parent contacts.

Questions community organizations ask

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a Stripe account?

Only to take card payments. You connect your community organization's own Stripe account in a few minutes, and payouts go straight to your bank. Until then, or if you never want cards, families can register and pay by cash or check.

Can families still pay cash or by check?

Yes. Turn on offline payment for a program and write your own instructions. Your treasurer marks the payment received, and the registration counts exactly as a card payment would.

Can we use our own web address?

Yes. Every community organization gets yourleague.leagueroots.com, and you can point a domain you already own at it. Redirects keep the links from your old site working.

How long does it take to get started?

Expect a couple of evenings: one to set up programs and prices, and another to put your pages and waivers in. Your site starts with its essential pages already written, and we help with the rest.

Who owns our families' information?

You do, and the families do. We never sell it or advertise to it. Each family keeps one household that follows their child between organizations, so they never retype it.

What if we decide to leave?

You pay for the registrations you take, invoiced monthly, so there is nothing prepaid to lose. Your Stripe account and your bank stay exactly where they are, because they were always yours, and rosters export to Excel.

Ready for a calmer registration season?

Tell us about your community organization and we will set you up, walk your board through it and help you open registration. There is nothing to pay until families register.
